
BALANCE
Wouldn’t you like more of it in your life?
Balance in “me time” and “we time”, Balance between doing and just being, between talking to listening, it’s an endless list… Life is a dance of constant changes, and we all aspire to live it in a balanced manner, we all are working on our lives to be more balanced. And why is that?
Think about it, why do we need to be more Balanced? well, yes, our basic desire to stand steady and not fall, not spine around, will be the scientific answer. and it all starts from there, from the way we stand, the way we walk, and the pleasure we have when we manage to stand in a dancer or eagle pose, or any other balancing position. When we are one with the breath, the air and the body when we are centered, Balanced. And that is the meaning of yoga, union.
Balance gives us a sense of calmness, a good feeling and stability.
This week in GaYoga lesson we have started to explore the meaning of Balance in our life, asking ourselves how to have more of it. Searching for our Balance points, for the places or actions that help us feel more balanced.
