GaYoga is a mindfulness movement method which uses body and art to communicate and connect.

Mindfulness helps us listen and connect to ourselves and other members of the circle in a better way. And like a ripple, the better connection expands to other relationships in our life. 

Movement helps us bring energy and create change, GaYoga uses yoga and dancing as its main movement tool.

GaYoga offers Group sessions, Private sessions, Workshops and Retreats around the world.

I started attending GaYoga while I was on an exchange in a Dvůr from the United States. GaYoga was not just a place to exercise, but a supportive and vibrant community of women. Through GaYoga, I was able to make new friends and connect to the other women in the class in a way that transcended any sort of language barrier. Although I am back in my home country now, I still practice yoga and use the skills Gal taught me to better my physical, mental, and spiritual yoga abilities.
