I have been attending GaYoga since September 2019. This yoga practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. Gal is a kind spirit with a gentle soul, so balanced and patient. I have never felt stronger, more in-tune with my mind and body or as centered. Thank you so much.

I started attending GaYoga while I was on an exchange in a Dvůr from the United States. GaYoga was not just a place to exercise, but a supportive and vibrant community of women. Through GaYoga, I was able to make new friends and connect to the other women in the class in a way that transcended any sort of language barrier. Although I am back in my home country now, I still practice yoga and use the skills Gal taught me to better my physical, mental, and spiritual yoga abilities.
I am so grateful to Gal for creating such a wonderful community through GaYoga.
