GaYoga Art

ABOUT US

Our Vision

We believe in a world where people move with awareness, express themselves freely, and live in deep connection—with themselves, with others, and with nature. GaYoga Art offers a space to explore this connection through embodied movement and creative exploration.

Our Philosophy

Rooted in ancient traditions of Judaism, Buddhism, and Yoga philosophy, GaYoga Art is inspired by the wisdom of nature, the power of artistic expression, and the principles of Positive Psychology. It encourages us to embrace both stillness and movement, introspection and interaction, discipline and play.

Our Mission

GaYoga Art is an invitation to self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Through retreats, workshops, and ongoing practice, we create a supportive “tribe”—a community where each individual is seen, heard, and empowered.

This is more than just a practice; it’s a journey—one that allows us to listen, release, grow, and create.

Together, we create a Different Kind of Family.
A space for Transformation, Connection, and shared Evolution.

GAL HAIMY

GaYoga Founder | Adventurous at Heart.

Gal Haimy is an internationally certified yoga teacher, expressive arts therapist (MA, Lesley College), and devoted mindfulness practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Blending movement, meditation, and creativity, she has developed GaYoga Art—a unique approach to self-discovery and healing.

From an early age, Gal experienced firsthand how yoga and mindfulness can relieve the stresses of daily life, opening a path to deeper self-awareness and transformation. This realization led her to weave these practices into her work as an expressive arts therapist, creating a safe and inspiring space for growth, healing, and connection.

Dividing her time between Israel and the Czech Republic, Gal teaches locally and leads transformative retreats and workshops both nationally and internationally. Whether on the mat, in the studio, or within a circle of like-minded seekers, she guides others on a journey of movement, mindfulness, and creative expression—helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and the world around them.
