As autumn arrives and nature begins to shed what is no longer needed, we too are invited to release: old stories, inner tension, emotional weight, and all the clutter that blocks us from being fully present.
Two hours from the beautiful city of Prague, you’ll find the charming ski town of Spindleruv Mlyn, surrounded by clean mountain air and breathtaking views. Autumn in the Krkonose Mountains carries the quiet magic of golden forests, crisp air scented with fallen leaves, and soft light spilling across the ridges. It’s an ideal time and place to take care of yourself.
Over three days, we’ll come together in a beautiful spa hotel surrounded by forest to experience: Yoga to open the body and release physical holding. Dance and expressive therapy. Meditation and breathwork to quiet the mind and reconnect with inner space. Nature walks to witness the natural process of letting go. Spa and rest time to soothe the nervous system and allow integration.
You’ll be held in a loving, safe, and nurturing environment to soften, exhale, and release – so you can return home lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
The hotel offers wonderful relaxation in the wellness area with a panoramic view, where you can swim in the indoor pool, warm up your muscles and relax your mind in the sauna and steam or treat yourself to a relaxing massage.

Yoga & Art Therapy
My heart always makes joyful jumps when I can share my love for creating awareness of yoga beyond the asana. Asana can be an invitation to touch upon the stream of human experiences, realizing who we always thought ourselves to be or should be, and remembering our true essence. Yoga is not about appearance, it is about uncovering the wisdom within us.
I also love to do just that in the retreats, sharing a more holistic, in-depth experience, and gaining inspiration to integrate yoga into life for a more balanced way of living.
The retreats are wired to reconnect, remember, relax & renew, or rather rediscover, to live in alignment with who you truly are.
Arrival & Transport
The closest airport to our retreat venue is Prague International Airport, easily reached by many international airlines. From there, the venue is a 2-hour drive through the peaceful Czech countryside.
We highly recommend spending a night in Prague before or after the retreat to soak in the charm of this magical city—it’s truly worth it! It’s a beautiful way to start or end your journey, and if you’d like, we’ll be happy to share a list of our favorite hotels to make your stay even easier
Getting to the Venue
Car Rental (Recommended): The easiest way to get to the venue is by renting a car at Prague Airport (around 50 euros for 3 days). This gives you full flexibility during your stay and is ideal if you’d like to explore the area on your own. Check it here.
Optional Shared Taxi: If you prefer not to drive, we can help connect participants who are interested in sharing a taxi from Prague to the retreat venue. The cost will simply depend on how many people would like to join, making it a flexible option for those who’d enjoy traveling together. Just mention it in your registration form, and we’ll be in touch with details.
Driving Yourself: If you’re traveling from within the Czech Republic, you’re welcome to drive directly to the venue. Parking is available on-site and included in the retreat price.
While transportation isn’t included in the retreat, we’ll make sure you have all the details, directions, and guidance you need so your journey to us feels smooth and welcoming.
